A DC brushless motor allows a continuous operation even if there are thousands of openings and closings per day, the motor does not get tired.
The compact DC brushless motor is silent and vibration free, doors glide smoothly and noiselessly even at low speed and when closing.
- Controlled by microprocessor.
A microprocessor automatically compensates for the door weight and friction, and delivers the optimum force for efficient operation, no more stop limit switches to adjust.
- Independent circuit for “press-closing” at the end of the closing stroke, the door.
Is pressed firmly against the frame by an electric circuit, there is no gap when the door is closed.
VERSATILE
Selecting (the option select switch to) “half open” allows the door to open halfway. The half open stroke can be adjusted in several steps. The automatic/constant selector permits selection between automatic full/half open. In the half open setting, the door is opened fully if the traffic is heavy (in terms of frequency) and halfway if it is light.
The door operation is maintained at optimum thanks to the automatic correction function of the microprocessor. But if there are any external interruptions such as a locked door or something blocking the door, alarms are triggered, different alarms for different problems. The door resets it self when the cause of the trouble is eliminated.
In the event of a power failure a battery (optional) opens the door.
- Adjustable closing speed.
For security purposes the closing speed should be reduced to half of the opening speed.
SAFE
If the door encounters interference as it opens, it stops at once and sounds an alarm. When it is blocked as it closes re-opens and slowly starts to close again, if the door is blocked again, it stops and sound an alarm
